My visit was very pleasant. I arrived early and was taken early - always a plus. The assistant who performed the basics, Blake, was knowledgeable, personable, helpful - and made even somewhat uncomfortable process (mainly dilation) almost fun. His part of the exam was thorough. Dr. Hamlin likewise was easy to talk to, chatted amiably while doing the exam and very quick to explain everything. As always, I felt I was in good hands at Aiken Ophthalmology.
I have been a patient of Aiken Ophthalmology and under the care of Dr Greer for three years. Their careful attention to appropriate testing, explanation of findings by both staff and doctors has exceeded my expectations at each appointment. The medical support staff is clearly well trained and it is obvious that training is kept up to date as technology changes and improves. The atmosphere that wraps around this technical excellence is cheerful and unhurried, yet they have achieved on time starts and then prompt and efficient completion of my appointment times in every case. The comprehensive care received results in my feeling safe, the health of my eyes well understood, and prospects for the future bright. I highly recommend Dr Greer and the Aiken Ophthalmology staff without reservation.
Staff was great! Pleasant, knew what they were to do. Worked so well together in getting their patients in and seen by the doctors. All were exceptionally pleasant. I felt I received the best eye exam ever. I thank the entire staff for being so caring..
My visit was very good. I didn't wait over 10 minutes in any one place as I was guided through the individual steps of my eye exam. The technicians were all very courteous and I was very comfortable with each of them. Dr. Gray explained my eyes' condition thoroughly and his advised plan to correct the current situation. I feel very good about moving forward with him and his staff.
I have never been anything but please with my experiences at Aiken Ophthalmology. I have found all staff to be courteous, friendly and helpful. Dr. Patheja is a caring, knowledgeable eye doctor who explains everything to you. I have been going to him for almost nine years.
Everyone was very nice and professional. I did not have to wait past my scheduled appointment time and they were very thorough. Dr. Potter was super nice and answered all of my questions-most before I even had to ask. Definitely recommend this office.
A great experience for our daughter’s first eye exam! The staff was awesome with our (anxious) daughter who wasn’t thrilled with the news that she had to get glasses. They were able to fit us in last minute and made the whole appointment a great experience for us! Highly recommend!
Dr. Hamlin and Casey are AMAZING. Both showed wonderful bedside manner with my 5 year old children! Made them feel excited about having an eye exam! Can’t can’t say enough about them!
My appointment began with courteous receptionists and a very short wait time. Further unsure tests were performed for further Ophthalmologist evaluation and recommendation. I was informed of findings and provided an opportunity to ask questions before making an informed decision.
The staff is great! Everyone is always so kind and caring and that means a lot. They are very knowledgeable and can answer questions that concern you. Dr Potter is kind, caring, respectful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s the best Ophthalmologist that I’ve had and I would recommend Aiken Opthalmology to everyone that needs a Dr for their eyes. He did cataract surgery on me a year ago and now he’s going to do an “eye lift” on me because my eyelids are keeping me seeing properly. Aiken Ophthalmology is by far the best around!
First time I went to this office. Very good experience. Staff was courteous and friendly. They were efficient, thorough during the process. The doctor was very easy to talk with and deal with. He listened to my questions and concerns and addressed them in a manner that was understandable to me.
